This company is great and they are very professional. They get the job done and they do what they say. I really appreciated them so much because I was in a pickle because people had thrown baby wipes into the septic and he got the septic cleaned out. I was so afraid I was gonna have to have a whole new septic put in because of this, but he made it happen and he did a great job. I highly recommend.

I always get great service from Texas Plumbing & Septic. I am a Realtor and deal with a lot of properties as well as my own home and Jonathan has always been quick to do repairs even when he is very busy. Yesterday I had a home that was under contract and inspections were in a couple of hours and there was no hot water due to a knob being broken off the gas line to the hot water heater. He changed his schedule so he could stop by and take care of it.

Jonathan first came to see our plumbing issue that we knew would be a big job. He was very professional and explained the process. We had options for other plumbing companies, but we chose Texas Plumbing because of their professionalism and honesty. The job in our home took about 2 days. Jacob replaced old cast iron pipes from an upstairs bathroom and replaced new water lines as well. I can tell Jacob was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave us a few tips on how to care for our pipes. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful with our home. If you want quality work done right, go with Texas Plumbing.

I had a different company come and unclog my kitchen drain. They managed to damage an old cast-iron pipe that caused a leak under my house. After calling several different companies I went with Texas Plumbing & Septic Service. The technician was here in a timely manner and finished faster than the expected time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After he had left I realized the original clog was still there and called them to come back to unclog the drain. He arrived back within twenty minutes and had the drain cleared in a short time. When I received my bill I noticed a mistake and after speaking with the office they corrected it immediately. The quality of the work done and the customer service was exceptional. I will be using them for future plumbing needs.

They get 5 stars from me. Very professional. The guy worked for 2 days in over 100 degrees. Did an excellent job. I would recommend Texas Plumbing and Septic Service. Jonathon was excellent.

Called to get toilet leak looked at. They were able to come out and fix next day. Once here however the gentleman didn't go over what was wrong or what he was going to do before starting work. Wax seal was bad, but also replaced my fill valve without checking with me first. Also caulked around toilet even though was not there before. I had to ask what was being done but by then he was already done and ready to bill me.
